Activate Your Council

The Ultimate Goal is to have a motion moved and seconded by two Councillors and then passed by a majority of Councillors within Your Council for your Council to take action on the DNA Contamination issue (as Dr Julie Sladden has done in the video above).

This requires a sequence of events beginning with gathering supporters and engaging with individual Councillors to build a case to put to council through a council meeting.

Regular communication with individual supportive Councillors will help you through this process and we provide some suggestions of how to achieve this below.

The sequence of events to achieve the Ultimate Goal above looks something like this:

1. Gather supporters and engage with Your Councillors.
2. Prepare a case (game plan) with at least two supportive Councillors.
3. The supportive Councillors prepare and submit the required notice of motion and supporting documents in advance of a predetermined Council meeting.
4. Community supporters may apply for permission to present a deputation at the relevant meeting.  This is usually one person only.
5. At the Council Meeting:
   1. Have lots of supporters in the gallery to show support for the issue.  If your Council streams their meetings, share the link with us.
   2. The presentation to the Council meeting will be given by you or your group representative and questions may be asked by Councillors present at the meeting.
   3. The motions prepared by your first supportive Councillor are moved, then seconded by your other supportive Councillor.
   4. Questions and discussions are then held on the issue between Councillors present at the meeting.
6. The motion/s is then put to the vote.
7. If the positive votes are a majority of the Councillors present, then the motion is passed and Council will take the action as outlined in the motion.

Regular communication with individual supportive Councillors will help you through this process and we provide more guidance for how to achieve this in the sections below.

Your Councillors are human too so treat them as you wish to be treated.

Keep it simple and on point, we are just dealing with the DNA contamination.

You'll have a better chance of a response with simple respectful communication to start with, as opposed to dumping a mass of issues, documents and information on them.

Don’t dump masses of documents and data on your Councillors. Provide basic, relevant information and be prepared to supply more detail if requested

Do not try and impress your local Councillors with your knowledge on 5G, or Flouride or Weather Modification etc etc.. While we don't dismiss the personal importance of any (or all) subjects and what they each mean for some, bringing in all the outside noise to these conversations is most definitely not going to help us get these motions passed through our Councils. We have the verifiable scientific proof and the truth on our side with this DNA Contamination stuff. Please let's not muddy the waters with anything but the subject at hand.

Please remember, it is highly likely that 80-100% of your Councillors are triple jabbed or worse. Including having had their children injected. So we always need to approach them with the utmost respect, empathy and caring.  None of us would be happy to hear the news and information contained in the Port Hedland papers if we ourselves were in that same predicament. So please be respectful and patient at all times. None of us got to our own level of awareness after reading the contents of a single email. Councillors are no different and this awakening process can be a frightening and uncomfortable experience for many.

You are not alone and you don’t have to do this alone.

There are a lot of people in Your Council area that are no doubt aware of the issues that Port Hedland has raised. So make enquiries through friends and existing contacts in Your Community to identify others to cooperate with on this issue.

You may already have a Community Group which has worked on issues and approaches to Your Council on other matters.  Work together, as many hands make light work and the more people make a movement.

If you are looking for other people that could be Your Tribe, the Aligned Council of Australia has a lot of groups that are all listed in one place on their homepage. All of the logos link to each member group's website for you to contact them and see if they have any groups in Your Council Area.

Also consider finding people in Your Community that have been vaccine injured, have lost a family member.  See if they may speak when you meet with Your Councillors.  Other people that may be prepared to speak are funeral directors, or any medical professionals.  Everyone has a story that deserves to be heard and it makes it much harder for Councillors to ignore you when they are hearing about the damage and losses that are happening in their own communities that they are responsible for.

Work with Your Tribe to find out the Rules Specific to Your Council and to support supportive Your Councillors.

If you haven't already, make sure Your Councillor has received the Emails from Councillor Blanco from 23 October 2024 and follow up of 14 November 2024.

Your Councillors are the people that have been voted in to the role of council through your local elections. That means they are Your Representatives. They are there to represent Your Concerns so get to know them.

Follow up with each of Your Councillors by phone, in person or email and check that they have received the emails from Port Hedland.

For any Councillors who are hostile to the content contained in the Cr Camilo Blanco letters, please do not ever be rude or retaliatory or unfriendly - just say thank you for their time and move on.  We may likely need one, or some, of them again at a later date when this gets to the Debate Floor.

Please remember that both NSW and VIC are in election mode in November 2024 so the Councillors who received the Port Hedland Letter may have changed.  We understand that a fresh email will go in early December 2024 to all new councillors once the NSW and VIC local elections are finalised.

Ask to meet with them?

Ask to meet with them in a local coffee shop.  It's a good neutral territory to see if  they are aware of the problems and genuinely concerned.

First impressions last. No aggressive messages. No confrontational accusations. Just strike up a conversation, and keep it warm, cordial and friendly.

As implied in the brief message above, it can be really helpful to do some research on your Council's last meeting, and understand where each of the Councillors sit, on the various Council matters of your town. It makes you sound engaged, and educated on matters the Councillors themselves would be instantly respectful of you for knowing about.

Just make sure you don't all send identical messages. Your Local Community Action Group should have a good idea of who is sending what and to whom. And of course who is calling which Councillor for example.

A weekly planning meeting between the Local Community Action Group to keep a clear understanding of who has sent what, and of course, what feedback came back from each of the Councillors via your respective emails, phone calls and text messages is helpful

It will only take a week or 10 days of engaging with Councillors to find out which of Your Councillors are prepared to take action.

If a single Councillor is prepared to take action by putting a motion to Council, then they will need to find another Councillor to support their Motion in a Council meeting

*Please note that usually only one person is permitted to present in a council meeting (on a particular issue) so direct involvement of others would need to be pre-approved by the mayor and would be subject to time constraints.

If Your Councillors are going to move a motion, then see what support they need at the Council meeting.

Make sure the Council and your supporting Councillors have any documents they may need from you to support the proposed motion/s.

It may be appropriate to have more than one person speak, such as a vaccine injured persons or someone who has lost a family member to the vaccine.  Other people in your community may be suitable such as funeral directors and medical professionals. But please note that this would need to be pre-approved by the mayor as usually only one person is permitted to do a presentation and the time is limited to 5-10 minutes.

Make sure the gallery is full and people are quiet, respectful and tidy.

Streaming or Recording Your Presentation

Each Council in each State has slightly different rules, which are outlined in each States' own Local Government Act.

Each State LGA (Local Government Association) also has a ‘Policy Document’ which contains statements supporting the fact that Councils care about the health and wellbeing of their residents. These can be easily found via online search. (eg. for NSW, search ”NSW LGA Policy Document”)
